We’ve decided to do something a little different by taking a look at all of the current NHL jerseys, including home, away, third jerseys and the Winter Classic jerseys and put them all in a pot to pick out our favorite NHL jerseys. # 5 – Calgary Flames home jersey
We like the Calgary Flames home jersey simply because they kept their jersey look and added a black C for their logo. With so many teams taking the body of the jersey and making it black, they kept their core colors and added black to their logo to give the jersey an updated and unique look.

# 4 – Vancouver Canucks third jersey
The Vancouver Canucks has a simple look to their third jersey, but we think it’s one of the coolest designs to date. The one reason I liked this jersey is because I like to wear team sweatshirts all year long and if you look at this jersey, it has the look of a great looking sweatshirt. The logo is a C and within that is a hockey stick inside a hockey rink, nice and simple and classy at the same time.

# 3 – Toronto Maple Leafs Home Jersey
Our third favorite NHL jersey comes from a team buried in deep hockey tradition. The Toronto Maples Leafs home jersey is a solid blue jersey with the white Maple Leaf logo in the center, a look that’s been apart of the Maple Leafs for many years. Now the jersey has had some minor changes to it, but the major characteristics have been the same which is why we love this jersey. # 2 – Montreal Canadiens 1945-46 Centennial Jersey
You might be asking why we are showcasing a jersey from the 1945-46 seasons when we told you we are giving you a list for the best looking current NHL jerseys, well the Canadiens are celebrating their 100th anniversary this season and they have worn this jersey so it makes our list. # 1 – Detroit Red Wings 2009 Winter Classic Jersey
